I started with Covenant of the Phoenix playing Rift Planes of Telara - great game and superior guild!
After a year, Rift aged, with many people leaving for SWTOR.

I tried League of Legends in the Interim, and am a long time player of eve-online, but not with CotP in the wormhole, me no like wormhole! Then switched to playing World of Tanks with CotP full time, and am pushing hard as a recruiter to expand the chapter. Mechwarrior Online came out, and a few of us switched to that, but the chapter is inactive as the game goes through the beta process, I still play it, mostly keeping up dated and up to date on changes.

I'm looking forward to NeverWinter, AD&Ds new online MMO coming out. I had played DDO a while back and like the mechanics of D&D with thieves providing valuable services to the party.
August, 2012. Mechwarrior Online is a in orbit, as beta rolls on, new features are added, the game moves closer to open beta soon. The MW universe has so many possibilities to be an MMO+ like eve-online, with markets, missions, guild vs. guild warfare. Based on the Cry Engine first person shooter platform is going to limit the game, we will see where it goes. At least is Free to Play.

Dabbled in Star Trek Online to check out the ships with my new graphics card - awesome!!! The game has evolved since it first came out, but if you want anything really cool, you have to shell out hard cash for it or play like a fiend. A friend of mine has spent 2000 euros so far on the game. OMG! I'm still playing STO now, it's my main game.
March 2013: Still playing STO, haven't spent a dime on, you don't have to do get the good content - thank goodness. Haven't touched WoT in a long time, don't think I will - good luck fellow tankers! I officially resigned from the Chapter when I stopped playing. I still play MWO also with HouseKurita.org Working on fleshing out a Raven, though I prefer heavier mechs, light mechs are the rule of the roost right now.
I moved into HHoD in MWO and am doing well, though the delay of community warfare has dampened spirits.
All along I have continued to play Star Trek Online daily, it's a challenge with a never ending list of things to do. Fun!
Times and games change! I stopped playing Mech Warrior Online, because the game fell through by not releasing community warfare, and many months later, it is no where. They just keep selling mech packs for crazy prices.
Going back to STO, I wrangled CotP Management to let me restart the chapters, that was 2/15/2014. We are still going today, two fleets, Fed and KDF, with work schedules, its mostly a weekend recruit and shoot, but I still like the game, content keeps coming and there endless things to do!

World of Tanks - grrr. I found a small group to play with around May, some good folks, and we play tournaments for gold regularly, so I have to input some time into getting tanks and crews up to snuff, but not that much time. Winning gold in tourneys allows you to buy premium time and make faster headway. After a few months of WoT, I reached Tier 9 tanks, purchased one with my hard earned in game currency, and found it to be lacking. I then calculated the cost and time to fully train the crew and mods and get to the next Tier 10 tank, and said no to the next few thousand matches. WoT is over for me.

2013-06 - 2015 Current: MechWarrior Online came out (2 summers ago) and I initially played as a founder, I like the game, but they have done little except release new mech packs for purchase, and community warfare is a disappointment to the player base. They didn't want to make an MMO, so there is nothing to do except beat each other to death in arena style play, that gets old very fast. It's just like WoT in bigger battlemechs. *Sigh*

2015 - Have you checked out HeartStone? A fun little card game online based up WOW characters, but there is no social aspect to it that I have found, no chat center, no adventure, just card matches. It's okay.

Checking out Heroes of the Storm - having played League of Legends for a long time on and off, HOTS has a much shorter match time, and is drawing in many new players as its the new game and the time requirement is lower.
Check out the Angry Joe Show in youtube.com for game reviews and a good laugh!!
9-2015 Went back to playing eve, MWO has not added any new content in some time. Didn't like Heroes of the Storm, though I do like Hearthstone, they I have to not play games of chance like that, they are essentially a waste of time and similar to gambling. Nothing new on the horizon for gaming, The Division came out, an FPS, not interested. Keep on rolling!

12-2016 - Still playing with Hearthstone on the side, MWO has not improved and they just announced why, they have been putting resources into Mechwarrior 5. Can I get a refund for all the DLC I bought to fund a different game I didn't play? Bastards!
Playing World of Wartanks on the side in the REDDIT clan, and tried out WoWarships - its ok, but too simple.
Eve Online is going well, my corp is small, hi/low sec, doing ok, running incursions, mining, low sec stuff. We have a WH also for better isk. Am taking most of the Christmas - New Year's holiday off, and joining the corp to a new alliance for the new year.
Also got back into Never Winter, and do like it as a fighter style game, running a half-orc thief for the dps.
If you take the time to look at the art / graphics in NeverWinter, its a very good looking game!

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday and look forward to the New Year. Go Hillary!

  1. As you progress through Neverwinter, the Well of Dragons is an intensive campaign area with much to do. One of the most important things you can do is read the following guide on how to run Heralds of Tiamat to load up on currencies for the campaign. http://nwobarthos.com/2016/07/02/neverwinter-well-dragons-guide-heralds-temple-tiamat/ You are trying to earn as many dragon hoard coffers and coins as you can, to donate in exchange for Linu's Favor to spend on Linu's Items. 8-)
  2. This event is running again for only a few short days, the rewards look to be the same, it's all about the Rank 12 Enchantment, that is very valuable! The easiest place to earn the reward boxes is the Stronghold, because many of the tests can be fulfilled by using powers fighting opponents. There are also profession skill checks on the stronghold map, though I don't have them mapped out. Best of luck!
  3. With the addition of Weapon and Armor Enchantments, the selection can be confusing. Here is a list of Best Enchantments for the Devoted Cleric: Weapon Enchantments: Frost (at rank 11/12) for debuff Plague Fire (debuff, hard to keep stack though) Dread (small debuff, crit severity for damage or heals) Armor Enchantments: Lesser soulforge - instantly resurrects you when you die, once every 2 minutes. Negation for DR while being hitted (goot for packs in chult) + extra recovery. Barkshield for bigger, rare hits plus mobs in Chult and RD are less likely to dismount you Normal enchants? Depends on your build. Mix of radiants and cruels/silveries for AC, for DO mix of radiant, silveries, azures or black ice or cruels or vicious...so on.

The development team is working on a fix. Obtaining Rewards: 1. Purchase Zen on the Arc site, Steam, Microsoft, and PlayStation and get the tier of rewards equal to the value of Zen purchased. 2. Go to the Promotion Agent in Protector's Enclave (East of Hall of Justice, near Sgt. Knox) and talk to him. 3. You will be presented with the packs you qualify for based on how much Zen has been purchased. 4. The Promotion Agent will have each reward available based on the amount of Zen charged during the event. Please be aware that each pack is only available once per account, so be mindful of which character you claim each pack on. 5. Coins of Wakeen Event is back for a few days!

Coins of Wakeen Returns https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/78/67/7867a18d15db25c166ca03ba0b4b87cf1488997615.jpg The goddess Waukeen, known as the Merchant’s Friend, is sharing her blessings once again with the heroes of Neverwinter. We’re happy to announce the return of the Coins of Waukeen Event! Coins of Waukeen Starts Thursday, November 22 at 7:30am PT Coins of Waukeen Ends Tuesday, November 28 at 7:30am PT The Golden Lady has come back, for a limited time, to give adventurers an opportunity to accumulate great wealth. During the event, adventurers may be rewarded with a Waukeen's Coin Purse by battling monsters within 7 levels of them. Adventurers must be level 10 or higher to participate. You can open your Coin Purses right away; however, exchanging them in bulk in the Moonstone Mask will net you even more valuable Waukeen reward packs. How do you access the Moonstone Mask Tavern? Head into Protector's Enclave to the event dais, where many event NPCs have been located. Once there you will be able to enter the Moonstone Mask Tavern through the swirly portal next to the NPC. In the tavern you’ll find a merchant to trade-in Waukeen's Coin Purses for Waukeen's Strongbox (8 needed) or Waukeen's Treasure Chest (32 needed). Additionally, you can trade purses in for Weapon Transmutes which will cost 40-80 Coins of Waukeen. Rewards inside Waukeen's Coin Purse Rewards inside Waukeen's Strongbox Rewards inside Waukeen's Treasure Chest In addition to possibly getting up to 256,000 Astral Diamonds, players could be rewarded with some great fashion items, dyes, and weapon transmutes! Gilded Waukeen Weapon Transmute Golden Pantaloons Waukeen's Golden Cloak (Bind on Equip) and Blessed Gold Dye Pack Gold is for the Bold! The items from this event are mostly the fashion items and transmutations to change the appearance of your weapons and gear. Notice though that you have a shot at a rare or epic profession resource, there are many resources, so the odds of getting a profession grand master are very low. Most folks just skip this event, though the extra astral diamond boost is the best, just go kill level appropriate monsters, gather up purses and turn them in for extra AD. Best of Luck!
  6. New Random Queuing System.

https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1234049 Greetings adventurers, this thread is for providing bug reports and feedback on the following topic: Random Queues Due to the nature of this feature, the format of this introductory post will be a bit like a mini blog post outlining the details of random queues. I’d like to take this approach because random queues will change how everyone interacts with queues, as well as affect how bonuses are obtained. Of course we are confident all these changes are major improvements, but any changes come with understandable speculation, so I’d like to make sure everything is clear as this feature hits preview. Please bear in mind and this is exceptionally important to note, this feature is still under development and every detail and value I outline below is subject to change. Now without further digression— Random Queue Overview Random queues! A new category of queues will appear in your queue list on preview. The new category random queue has within it a queue corresponding to each of the existing PvE queue categories: skirmishes, dungeons, epic dungeons and epic trials. By selecting one of these random queues, you will be matched into a queue in that category at random. And of course, there will be incentives for queuing for a random queue, let’s take a look. Queuing for a random skirmish for the first time in a day will net you a daily bonus of 60 seals of the protector and 3,400 rough astral diamonds. Subsequent use of the random skirmish queue will net you a repeatable bonus of 20 seals of the protector and 400 rough astral diamonds. Regardless of which skirmish you end up in, be it Master of the Hunt or the new skirmish in Module 12B—The Merchant Prince’s Folly—if you successfully complete the queue you will receive the same daily or repeatable bonus. Goals of Random Queues Before I dive into some of the finer details some of you may be wondering about, I would first like to talk about why we are introducing random queues. Here are the goals we set out (not necessarily in order of importance): Ensure all queues are firing in a reasonable time frame, regardless of popularity. Reduce burnout from running the same queue ad nauseum by introducing variety. Make it clear when you are eligible for and when you receive daily bonus AD and seals. Provide further bonuses for those players who can master the most difficult content. Incentivize playing roles that are currently underplayed to reduce queue wait times. Incentivize helping players who are new to a queue to foster a positive environment. Queues Firing Faster & Increased Variety Now I’ll address each of these goals individually in order to better illustrate the feature. I’ve talked a little bit about how you will be assigned to a random queue in the category if you use random queues, but there’s a little more to it than that. In order to help ensure all queues are firing, players who queue, for instance, for Random: Skirmish will also be matched with players who queue for an individual skirmish in the traditional manner. For example, if you have queued for Master of the Hunt even if no one else manually queues for that skirmish, your queue will eventually fire with 4 other players who queued for Random: Skirmish. In that sense, if you queue as an individual the queue you end up with is not entirely random. You may see recently released queues that players are manually running more often than older more obscure queues. However, if you queue with a full party of 5, the queue you arrive at will be truly random. Whether you’re queuing with a full premade group, or queuing as an individual, your experience will be significantly more varied, because even with a number of players manually queuing for individual content, there is a high chance you’ll be matched with 4 other players in the random queue, resulting in a truly random result. You’ll have the opportunity to play through some less common content and still receive bonus rewards thanks to random queues. Bonus AD Rewards Speaking of bonus rewards, many of you are familiar with the bonus AD rewards that are paid out at the end of certain queues, and some may also be familiar with the bonus cache of seals that are paid out at the end of certain other queues. Both of these systems are being replaced with the random queue daily and repeatable bonuses. By selecting a random queue in the queue window you will be able to clearly identify ahead of time whether you are eligible for your daily bonus. In addition, upon reaching the end of the queue, your bonus reward will clearly be displayed on the scoreboard. Where before you would have to run two skirmishes or dungeons a day to receive the maximum daily skirmish bonus, you will now only need to run one. At the same time, categories like epic trial and epic dungeons now also have a daily bonus. These changes will make daily bonuses much easier to understand. Some of you are certainly wondering about the total amount of bonus AD that may be earned. One of the goals I mentioned above was that we wished to provide additional bonuses to those who have mastered more difficult content. As such, the total amount of bonus AD that may be earned is going up! With the introduction of the new epic dungeon and epic trial category, the amount of total daily bonus rough AD that can be earned is increasing from 19500 to 28000. Here are the details: Rough AD per daily bonus run (before → after): Skirmish 2250 → 6000 Dungeon 4500 → 7000 Epic Dungeon N/A → 5000 Epic Trial N/A → 5000 Hero’s Accord N/A → Jadeite (2,500 RP (25,000 by current live reckoning)) PvP 3000 → 5000 Notes: PvP is not part of the random queue system, but you can earn bonus AD from running a PvP match and the amount of matches that can be run for that bonus is being adjusted down to one bonus match per day, to be in line with other categories. The nature of Hero’s Accord will be addressed further on in this post. Please note that the bonus AD values displayed are slightly lower than what is displayed in game, because the repeatable reward of a few hundred AD is paid out even during the player’s first run, and the lump sum is displayed. For example, if you run 1 PvP match, 1 skirmish and 1 dungeon, in the old system you would net 9750 bonus AD, whereas you will now net 18000 bonus AD. In the new system, however, if you cannot run epic dungeons, epic trials or the special hero’s accord queue, you have reached your limit for daily bonus AD. In the old system, you could have run another PvP match, skirmish and dungeon to get to a total of 19500 bonus AD. Although you'll be earning 1500 less rough AD, the bonus seals you will also receive as part of random queues will more than make up for that value in salvage. However, if you can run an epic trial and epic dungeon you will get to 28000 bonus AD. If you can also complete hero’s accord, you’ll have earned a total daily bonus of 28000 bonus AD plus a jadeite, a refinement stone worth 2,500 RP (25,000 RP by current live reckoning.) Even if your character isn't endgame ready, you’ll be able to earn just as much rough AD per day, and in a much quicker time. Bonus Seal Rewards Here’s the breakdown for bonus seals. Daily value followed by repeatable value in parenthetical: Skirmish 40(20) Seals of the Protector Dungeon 60(30) Seals of the Protector Epic Dungeon 90(30) Seals of the Protector Epic Trial 60(40) Seals of the Protector Hero’s Accord 10(10) Seals of the Brave With all categories of random queue paying out seals, players will now have new methods of obtaining seals, particularly noteworthy for those characters who have just reached 70. For those in farming mode, these seals will of course also contribute to your overall earn. Understanding exactly how these changes will affect you based on your play style may be confusing to quantify but we think that overall these changes are going to be big improvements across the board in terms of providing a wider variety of content to play for bonuses, as well as making those bonuses easier to understand. 7. Worth Trying

Yes you can! There are some good write ups on how to play the game for free. Most people should spend $50 to buy a zen package that gets you enough zen to buy a Purple mount (saving you travel time through out your game life) and 30 days of premium time, so you get bonuses and a free lockbox key each day you collect it. Open boxes with keys, sell stuff for AD, convert AD to zen, buy another 30days, repeat.
  8. The SWORDS OF CHULT IS LIVE!

The Swords of Chutl is Live! Neverwinter: Swords of Chult is Live! By Julia (nitocris83) Tue 24 Oct 2017 11:00:40 AM PDT Greetings Adventurers and welcome to the Swords of Chult! The Neverwinter team has been busy in Port Nyanzaru working on a cargo hold of new content to keep you on your toes or having you wake up at a respawn campfire. This particular module really focuses on updating the game in several aspects, improving upon game flow, and overall “quality of life”. Many of these changes are ones that you have suggested, and we are excited to make it happen! One of the biggest updates is to inventory management and refinement. No longer will if feel like you are balancing your checkbook each time you want to clean out bags and refine those gems. Not only is it easier and much clearer to understand, there is a bit of a mini game added that gives a chance per item of “Critical success”. Next we have a new and improved way to run alts, with our new “Signets of Patronage” account bound tokens, which make it easier and more fun to build up your retinue of adventurers. And just for funzies, and because we heart you, we’ve added two new emotes that you can use. Check out "/em heart_shape" and if you are feeling sleepy (or need to play dead so that dino doesn’t eat you) try "/em sleep_on_floor" I wonder if that one will work in PvP….? Speaking of PvP - We have known for a long while that PvP needed love and have made some huge first steps to leveling the killing fields, with a tenacity rework, PvP item scaling, a clean-up pass on diminishing returns, making solo PvP queues a permanent feature (yay!) and of course some sweet new armor and gear. Just ask my second cousin from my mother’s side, Kyrian Foss, over in the Trade of Blades. Dungeon Delving has never been easier or more profitable with our new random queuing system, designed to fill queues quicker and with bonus rewards. And last but not least we continue to come back to Chult with our new skirmish, the Merchant Prince’s Folly. The merchant prince, Wakanga O’Tamu, a known collector of antiquities and magic items, has invited ruin on the city with his latest acquisition. The artifact he acquired turns out to be a powerful relic coveted by many monstrous factions, and they want it for themselves! This skirmish has 3 randomized objective locations, and enemies. Rewards at the end are based upon team success, with chances to get a sweet new mount, gear and Batiri companion! Speaking of mounts, Swords of Chult features our first ever two seater mount in the form of the classic D&D Carpet of Flying! Great for commuting and PvP capping! Overall a module packed with good changes, challenges, and loot! Thanks again for playing Neverwinter and I’ll see you in the PvP arenas… or in the dungeons, or the skirmish… Cheers, and may all your rolls come up 20! Thomas Foss Lead Designer
  9. New Campaign Tokens are coming!

Agreed, you have shown us the difference in having or not having all the boons from a campaign, they are vital!
  10. Cryptic is set to introduce campaign tokens, after you complete a campaign with your main toon, you can craft the token and use it to help your alts complete a campaign more quickly. We no like grind! https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/10652354 Developer Blog: Campaign Progression for Alts By Julia (nitocris83) Mon 25 Sep 2017 07:00:00 AM PDT Hello fellow altaholics! We’ve known for a while it’s harder to run alts in Neverwinter than it should be. As some of you may know, we recently lowered the cost of the Campaign Completions in the Zen Market, but we wanted to do more. With this next release, we are introducing “Signets of Patronage”: account-bound tokens, one for each campaign, that your main can make and hand to one of your alts. That alt can turn in the Signet to progress in the campaign at double speed! Here are the details: If a character has finished a campaign, they can make a Signet of Patronage for that campaign. “Finished” doesn’t mean 100%; it varies by campaign, but basically means “has done all the important unlocks and has earned all the boons”. Making a Signet costs some campaign currency (typically about as much as an end-stage campaign task) plus 50,000 Astral Diamonds. The Signet is account-bound, so it can be given to any character on that account. The character you give it to can turn the Signet in, consuming it, but enabling that character to complete most campaign tasks at 1/2 price (and earning rep at x2 normal rate, if the campaign has rep). The exception to the 1/2 price is that those campaign tasks whose main purpose is to create items, like the Dragon Hoard Enchantments task in Tyranny of Dragons, are not discounted. That’s because we didn’t want to decrease the value of those items, and we didn’t want people to feel they had to make an alt with a Signet of Patronage just to create those items efficiently. Only a few tasks fall into this category, and they are generally not requirements for other tasks, so this exception won’t slow down alts who want to use a Signet of Patronage to progress more quickly through a campaign. Note that (like campaign buyouts) the most recent campaigns (right now, we’re thinking the two most recent ones) won’t have this accelerator. As new campaigns come on line, older ones will get the Signets of Patronage. The campaigns that have Signets of Patronage are: The Maze Engine Sharandar Underdark Dread Ring Tyranny of Dragons Storm King’s Thunder Icewind Dale The Cloaked Ascendancy (strictly speaking, this one shouldn’t be out yet under the “two most recent” policy, but we’re giving it to you early!) We hope that Signets of Patronage will make it easier and more fun to have alts in Neverwinter! Robert Gutschera Lead Systems Designer
  11. COTP Discord Server

Greetings, Excellent work with this. One thing I would suggest, is to let all guests/members be able to change their nicknames. Discord is used by many games, and character names are different all over the place. Names are different on different servers, so they let us change our nickname to match the game, as long as the Discord admin sets that permission. Also, take a look at the #rules channel for World of Tanks Discord, it's a really great idea they had to layout everything there, and I mean everything to help new members/guests get around, in corporate what you think is best, here is the invite: discord.gg/NnRj9p4
  12. One or our newer members has a NWO stream going as he climbs through the game for about a week. Check out his stream if you would, give it like. Nice person! SQUIDC21 STREAM
  13. After the siege of NeverWinter has been lifted, Cryptic is giving us a chance to get back on track with our campaigns, one of the most important being the Tyranny of Dragons! 2x Tyranny of Dragons Currency!By Julia (nitocris83) Wed 13 Sep 2017 09:47:22 AM PDT Making your way through earlier campaigns? This weekend, every time you would earn Tyranny of Dragons currency you’ll receive twice the amount, making it much easier to complete the campaign! 2x ToD Currency starts Thursday, September 14 at 7:30am PT (or after maintenance) 2x ToD Currency ends Monday, September 18 at 7:30am PT The following are several ways you can take advantage of the 2x Tyranny of Dragons currency: Daily/Weekly quests in Neverdeath Graveyard, Ebon Downs, Icespire Peak, Rothé Valley. Whispering Caverns, and Well of Dragons. This event DOES include Linu’s Favors, which are rewarded from the Temple of Tiamat and Tiamat’s Hoard – rejoice! Turning in Genie’s Gifts for ToD currency.
  14. I ran across this good guide for a trickster rogue. Save your AD, oh my word, you really need the companions and they are all very expensive, 500K ad and up. You can make 50K a day, so not horrible, but you do have to save. > Here's the link! < These Colors state whether the item is Rare, Epic or Legendary This Color describes what stat or bonus the item gives This Color describes how to obtain the item Companions Quick Word of Advice, Important to Read - Might save you TONS of Astral Diamonds! The equipment doesn't grant you anything on your Active Companions - only on your Summoned Companion. Yes, my other active companions are filled with top gear and runestones, but by no means do they benefit me. They're not something you want to invest in, Only ever invest in your Main, Summoned. Companion! Also, you only need 1 active companion at Legendary to get the Legendary bonus on any Summoned Companion, even if your Summoned Companion is Epic level, you will still get the Legendary Bonus. Mine are upgraded just for show, so don't by any means think it's necessary. You'll waste precious Astral Diamonds that way. The Air Archon The Air Archon's Active Bonus grants you a 5% damage buff to enemies NOT at full health - so basically the entire combat. The Air Archon also grants x3 Offence Slots making it perfect for using with Bonding Runestones. It's base stats are Power, Critical Strike and Armour Penetration, making it one of the most preferable Summoned Companions alongside the Fire Archon for DPS players. Lockboxes or Auction House This is my main summoned companion. It currently sits at Legendary Quality and it equipped with x3 R12 Bonding Runestones, x2 Loyal Commander Rings, x1 Loyal Avenger Necklace. I have R12 Brutal Enchantments placed in the Offence Slots of the Loyal Companion gear, as well as R10 Dark Enchantments placed in the Defence Slots of the Loyal Companion Gear. Here's a detailed breakdown about my Companion's Gear & Enchants: x3 Bonding Runestone, Rank 12 (Power, as well as Companion's Gift which grants 95% of your Companion's stats to you for each Bonding Runestone Equiped) - Totals to 285% of summoned Companion's stats) (Lockbox or Auction House) Why is this important to have? For example, my Archon has 6000+ power - multiply that by 3 because remember, I'm getting 300% of it's stats, and that's 18'000+ Power straight up. That's just power, add in other stats like Critical Strike, Recovery and Armour Penetration and this makes for one mean, overpowered mix. x1 Ring of the Loyal Commander(Power & Recovery) (No Longer Obtainable in-game - available on Auction House, but for high amounts of AD) Why should I want / use this? These rings are double slotted, x1 Offence and x1 Defence. As well, the gear offers 600+ Power and 600+ Recovery - triple this with Bonding Runestones and it's a huge amount you're gaining from these rings alone - and let's note, that's not even including the Enchantments placed in the Offence/Defence slots x1 Black Ice Enchantment, Rank 12 (Offence Slots in Companion Gear)(Power, Critical Strike & Recovery) ("Call to Arms" Event Rewards, or Auction House) Why should I want / use this? These enchantments at Rank 12 givea decent amount of Power, Critical Strike & Recovery - the best of all stats, tripled with companion's Bonding Runestones, it adds up very nicely. x1 Dark Enchantment, Rank 12 (Defence Slots in Companion Gear)(Life Steal) (Lockboxes, Tarmalune Trade Bar Store, or Auction House) Why should I want / use this? These enchantments give Life Steal and to be honest, there isn't much else you can do with the Defence Slots. Life Steal is a really great stat for helping to stay alive though, so it's likely going to be your best bet to place Dark Enchantments into your Defences. x1 Ring of the Loyal Master(Power & Armor Penetration) (No Longer Obtainable in-game - available on Auction House, but for high amounts of AD) Why should I want / use this? These rings are double slotted, x1 Offence and x1 Defence. As well, the gear offers 600+ Power and 600+ Armor Pen - triple this with Bonding Runestones and it's makes up for the lack of Armor Penetration at least I personally have. x1 Brutal Enchantment, Rank 12 (Offence Slots in Companion Gear)(Power & Critical Strike) ("Call to Arms" Event Rewards, or Auction House) Why should I want / use this? These enchantments at Rank 12 give you 420 Power, 420 Critical Strike each. Mix these in with Bonding Runestones and you're getting a mass amount of Power and Critical Strike - 2 extremely important stats. They're slightly expensive, but well worth it in the long run. x1 Dark Enchantment, Rank 12 (Defence Slots in Companion Gear)(Life Steal) (Lockboxes, Tarmalune Trade Bar Store, or Auction House) Why should I want / use this? These enchantments give Life Steal and to be honest, there isn't much else you can do with the Defence Slots. Like the Loyal Commander Rings, the necklace is also double slotted - x1 Offence, x1 Defence. Similarly it grants 600+ Power and 600+ Critical Strike, as well as 400+ Armour Penetration - and this is a huge asset in getting up to your -60% Resistance Ignored. The Critical Strike is also crucial in getting to your 90%+ Critical Chance (as I recommend, others will say go straight for 100%) x1 Brutal Enchantment, Rank 12 (Offence Slots in Companion Gear)(Power & Critical Strike) ("Call to Arms" Event Rewards, or Auction House) Why should I want / use this? 15. Siege Defense Supplies. Interesting input on this. The Best chance to make the most Defense Supplies is to use the best raw materials you get from gathering with professions. You need 30 of Ore / wood / Hide / Cloth | The top being Adamant Ore, Ebony Wood, Aberrant Pelt, Spool of Fine Silk Thread. Normally as you do your profession gathering by sending your profession master out to gather supplies, and he comes back in a few hours with them, you accumulate alot of the stuff over time. When the event comes, you have it available for use. This does mean though that you 'should' have the following Professions to create the materials needed for the Defense Supplies - or get stuck spending AD on the Auction House for over priced auctions for the materials - if they are not all bought out. You need: - Weaponsmithing can get you 10xOre , 5xWood. - Leatherworking for the 10xHide - Tailoring for the 10xCloth. Happy Professioning!
