  1. Your Farmhouses can be upgraded to: Harvester’s Farmhouse. This spacious farmhouse holds three planting boxes in your basement that can hold up to 50 of the same small-sized plant at once. These boxes can be mass-planted and mass-farmed, making gardening even faster. Rancher’s Farmhouse. This farmhouse still features two planting boxes, but it also possesses a livestock pen that can hold multiple animals. Animals must all be of the same type, and the number you can hold varies with their size. For example, you could hold 50 chickens in the pen, or five cows. Miner’s Farmhouse. Miner’s Farmhouse still holds two planting boxes, but it also comes equipped with a mining drill. This drill will allow you to collect large batches of ore and stone, similar to the freestanding mining drill. All upgraded farmhouses also come with: A Multipurpose Trimmer that lets you mass-produce processed materials like trimmed meat, chopped produce, and ground grain. 100 items can be processed at a time. Four locations on the farmhouse produce random crops, including rare plants like vanilla and club head fungus. These growths yield more crops than those found in the wild! A Task Jar that provides two daily quests that can reward both gold and Gilda Stars. - - - ~ - - - Your Townhouses, Manors, Villas, and Chalets can be upgraded to: The Armorer’s Home. This house possesses an Equipment Designer’s Workbench. You may use this bench to craft accessories, armor, and weapons starting at the Illustrious tier. The Apothecary’s Home. This house possesses the Supply Manufacturer’s Workbench that will allow you to craft high-level potions, food, drinks, and spell books. The Tradesman’s Home. This home holds a Clan Specialty Workbench that will produce a new kind of specialty trade pack depending on the zone it’s placed in. Please note that this only works in zones that normally have a Specialty Workbench. Upgraded homes come with the following additional benefits: A Complex Processing Shelf that lets you mass-produce crafting materials like ingots, lumber, and cloth without requiring a minimum proficiency. This shelf is able to process 100 items at a time. A Teleportation Circle that will easily transport you from the ground floor to the top-floor workbenches. A Task Jar that will provide two daily quests rewarding both gold and Gilda Stars.
